My grandfather used to live in Chestertown, and has done most of the brickwork in this town. We have a lot of ties here, so I visit it frequently.

We spent the night in Havre de Grace, MD, the hometown of Cal Ripken Jr. The next morning, we drove over to the eastern shore of MD (picking up a few new counties on the radio). We met Grandpa, Mom, Dad, Jimmy and my mom’s cousin, Bootsie, for dinner at the Crab House in Chestertown, MD. Grandpa has a tradition of going in there for lunch. After lunch, we went into downtown Chestertown to a place along the Chester River, where Grandpa likes to feed the ducks. He did most, if not all of the brickwork in this area.
