I have been to the Hoover Dam so many times. I first stopped there on 2/10/07. Here are some photos with my son at the dam. He has long hair, but is so little in these photos!
In 2007, we stopped in again on our way to the Society for Industrial Archeology Fall Tour, which was hosted in Ely, NV. We took the dam tour this time, so that we could get our dam questions answered. Thankfully, our dam tour guide helped us out with all the dam questions and we had a dam good time. On 7/10/10, we stopped in again, this time with my brother. This was the last year for driving over the dam; later that year, the bypass was completed.
I have not yet crossed the bypass bridge, but will at some point in the near future.
