I saw one folding table (which later became a ramp!) plastic tubs, an old dry erase board, hub caps, pizza pans, metal pans for oil changes, etc. Good times!

I spent a good part of the afternoon repairing the plumbing going to the bathroom sink. The hot water valve was bad, so I was turning the hot water on and off under the sink.
I learned a lot today. I learned that if something is not broke, don’t mess with it (I had to repair the cold water valve after I took it apart for no reason whatsoever). I learned that Walmart sells a generic plumbing kit with 45 different seals, o-rings, gaskets etc. I also learned that out of 45, at least 5 will already be ruined by the time you open the package, which gives me great confidence in the other 40. I learned that your neck can only move in so many positions. I learned that cabinets with a lip are your worst enemy, or at least your back’s worst enemy. I learned that cats love watching you work on plumbing. I learned that a basin wrench is totally useless for my sink. I learned that plumber’s crack is unavoidable. Quite the educational day!
WX Report: 30.7°F, 28% humidity, mostly clear.
NWS Forecast: Partly cloudy, with a low around 20. North wind around 5 mph.
