Yesterday, we spent the day running around Marietta. We decided to keep the same hotel, as we had laundry and a few other things that needed to be done on the road- without being done along the road.
We dropped Joey off at his grandmother’s house for a visit, and then JoAnna and I went and had lunch at Red Lobster with her uncle. We had a nice visit with him, discussing jets, politics and food.
After lunch, JoAnna and I went to the cemetery where her grandparents are buried, and marked their grave location on the GPS. We had looked for them in the past, and had come up empty-handed, so it was good that we found them this time around.
In the evening, I ran some laundry, submitted an article to QST and updated some of my ham radio logs. I even had the chance to go outside for a brief walk.
Thank you for reading my post.
