Yesterday, we drove from Meridian, MS, to Atlanta, GA.
Along the way, I operated amateur radio, and made contacts through six new counties. At this point, I have operated (and made at least one contact) from 1100 of 3077 counties in the United States.
In the afternoon, we had coffee with our friend, Richard, in Columbus, GA. There is this neat coffee shop called “Iron Bank Coffee” that is housed in an old bank. If you are there at the right time, you can have coffee in one of the old safes that is on site.
In the evening, we drove to Atlanta, and then to Marietta, GA, where we spent the night.
Thank you for reading my post.
