Yesterday, I started out the morning by going on a 19.8 mile bike ride with JoAnna. This one was a little shorter than the last time, but we were under a time constraint.
In the afternoon, I practiced leading the Introduction to the Landmark Forum for teens.
I also spent some time at the National Weather Service (NWS) to help launch the weather balloon and complete the evening activities. I wrote the regional climate summary that was announced on the weather radio, amongst other activities.
I spent the evening cooking and cleaning, and ended up falling asleep at my computer.
