Yesterday, I was supposed to get up and spend some quality time studying for my Spanish exam as well as finishing up my English Literature essay. Instead, I overslept, leaving approximately two hours to get both of them done. Somehow, I managed to ace my Spanish exam, as well as knock out the English Literature essay with no problems.
After that, I went to the Junior Design and Senior Design presentations in our department. They were good this year, and I was very pleased with the depth to which some of the groups covered each of their topics.
After presentations, we had our Chemical Engineering annual banquet. I was awarded “the Ham it up” award, as I taught amateur radio to several of the students. I was presented with some brown sugar cured ham, with a wire wrapped around it and up into the air as an antenna.
In the evening, I hung out with my brother and his family for a little while before falling asleep on the couch again.
Thank you for reading my post.
