Yesterday, we spent the day wrapping up the last day of the ARRL Teacher’s Institute. I had a great time, and cannot believe it is already over.
At lunchtime, I worked on some homework for my Numerical Weather Prediction class and talked about storms and storm chasing with my classmates.
In the evening, we drove down to the New London area to visit my old friend and former roommate, Rob. I saw him about this time last year when I attended TI-1, so it was good to catch up with him again. We went through his old hometown, saw his old high school and then sat on the beach and watched the ships and trains (the railroad bridge was near the beach as well).
Overall, it was a great day.
Thank you for reading my post.
