Yesterday was my first day in the American Radio Relay League Teacher Institute 2 course (ARRL TI-2). There are ten of us in the class, five of which were in my ARRL TI-1 course last summer.
First, we talked about analog to digital conversion, including a binary search. We also talked about ways to bring this up in the classroom.
During lunch break, I operated the ARRL Headquarters station, W1AW, on 20 meters, making 26 QSOs around the US and Puerto Rico. I think I will operate a different band each day.
In the evening, a bunch of us went out for dinner. After dinner, I called my parents.
Overall, it was a great day, and I am looking forward to another great day today.
Thank you for reading my post.
